General Info
Welcome everyone to the Waterloo V5RC Qualifying Competition! We are excited to host 24 teams from all around ontario for the 2024-2025 High Stakes V5 Robotics Competition. This event is made possible by the generous support of the Waterloo Faculty of Engineering. Learn about what Waterloo Engineering has to offer while competing against fellow teams. Teams can make payment by the follow method:

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, a notice will be posted on the event page to inform teams. Please ensure that your team contact information on Robot Events is up to date.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams, please use the shopify link (to be posted) to pay for the competition fee.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refund will be provided
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams have 2 weeks after registration to pay the competition fee, after which unpaid teams will be moved onto the waitlist. No refunds will be given after Jan 31st, 2025.
Judging Format
We will be conducting all interviews in-person on the day of the event. Digital Engineering notebooks are due by Feb 11th 11:59pm. Please ensure your engineering notebooks are uploaded before then.
