General Info
The Zionsville Steel Eagles are pleased to welcome you to the 2025 Steel Eagles V5 High School League!
The event will be held in the Robotics Room (Room E130) at Zionsville Community High School. Please enter through Door 41.
Pits will be in the East Community Room, just down the hall from the Robotics Room.
There will NOT be concessions available, you are welcome to bring food just please clean up.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS (SUCH AS DREMELS) OR CUT METAL IN THE BUILDING, STEP OUTSIDE FOR THAT
Doors will open at 5:00 for check-in and setup with competition starting at 6:00. We plan plan to wrap up by 9:00 each session.
Each team must compete in at least 4 sessions to be eligible for finals. Finals will be held on February 26th.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Coaches will be contacted via email in the event of a disruption due to weather.
In the event classes are cancelled on the day of an event at Zionsville Community High School or there is an early dismisal, we will NOT have a league session that day.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Tournament cancellation by the Host will result in a refund, less the $5 RobotEvent fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If your team's vacancy cannot be filled from the Waitlist, a refund will not be issued.
