Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • registration fees will be refunded minus RobotEvents processing fees.

 If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

  • We will handle this on a case to case basis depending on the circumstances
  • Having registration returned is not guaranteed

Health and Safety Policies

Make sure to bring safety glasses. We will make sure that all cords are taped down and will have a nurse on site.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
