Agenda

Times will run from 0900 - 1900 CDT Teams will sign up for 2 - 15min or 1 - 30min blocks to complete their runs. Sign up form will be sent out as event gets closer.

Volunteer

Volunteers will be provided by the hosting school and S.T.A.R.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of an emergency/bad weather, the event will be rescheduled if possible within 7 days of the original date. If that is not possible, then money will be refunded.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refunds will be sent

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If you let me know at least 5 days before the event then full refund will be given, Less than that and no refunds will be available.
