Welcome all to the iSTEAM V5 Open Tournament! We are thrilled that you opted to participate in our event! Please see below for information about the tournament:
- Teams can pre-order the pizza, and we will send out an order form
- Open to all level teams.
- A food stand will be available for pizza and snack purchases.
- Make sure that all students have filled out the Participant Release Form and submit them online.
We will warn you of the weather in advance.

Items to consider:
- Ensure that all your student participation forms are submitted
- Arrive on time so that we can keep up with scheduled times and be able to leave on time
- Ensure that your robots fit sizing specifications to so that we can expedite the inspection process
- Adhere to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct
- Push collaboration with your peers and remember to have fun!

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is 2/8/2026 at 11:59 PM
