Welcome to our 2026 late winter VEX V5 qualifier.
We are a small rural school with a big heart, this is a welcoming space and we have a nice competition space with good ammenities for all of your needs.

Volonteers from the National Honor Society, and past graduates from Old Colony will be assisting with the event
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
A notice will be sent out to all teams if the event is cancelled due to bad weather.
If there is an emergeny cancellation please contact Mr. Brush and arrangements will be made for a refund.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Money will be refunded
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Please contact Mr Brush and we will arrange a refund
Please note: Any refunds will be minus the $5.00 administrative fee retained by RECF.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is 5 PM February 5, 2026.
