Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

It is unlikely that bad weather will be a problem since the event is indoors. In the event of an emergency, cancellation emails will be sent out.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event, you will be refunded. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: The event is free for registration. Donation are appreciated and will be used to support the event and future events.
