General Info
Santa Robot Clash 2026 should be an awesome, one day event. It will feature matches and skills, but will not have alliance selection / elimination rounds. There will be remote judging for notebooks and interviews so that a Design Award can be given.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the snow is super bad, we will cancel the event and refunds will be made.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: registration fees refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration can usually be refunded if enough notification is given.

Travel Info
I recommend you take the 11 tram line to Reinacherhof tram stop. If you are driving in a van or smaller vehicle, no problem. If you are bringing a large bus, or a zeppelin, please let me know. I hope it's a Zeppelin, as we have special Zeppelin port connected to our school, and I have never seen it in use.

Judging Format
- All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
