Welcome to the first VRC Tournament of the season hosted at Oxley High School!
We’re excited to welcome all participating teams and look forward to an engaging day of robotics, collaboration, and competition. Please review the important information below to help your team prepare for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Please ensure your team arrives on time and remains for the full event duration.

Parking is available on the Upper side of the School.

2 VRC fields - Allowing for plenty of opportunities for fast-paced, exciting matches throughout the day.
Cost: $50 per team

There will be judged awards at this event.

Volunteer
We are currently seeking parent volunteers to help support the event on the day. If you could reach out to the parents of your team members and ask if they are available, it would be greatly appreciated.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There will be no invoices issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
