Welcome to the VEX V5 Robotics Competition (V5RC) League organised by The King's School.
Teams are invited to join King's Robotics to compete in The King's School VEX V5 Robotics Competition League with league ranking sessions to be hosted fortnightly on a Friday afternoon / evening from August - October 2026.
This VEX Robotics Competition is proudly supported by the Global Robotics & Science Foundation - the officially authorized nonprofit partner for VEX Robotics, championing student-centered, schools-first STEM competition. Please ensure you are referencing the library documentation for key award and judging criteria.

Volunteer
We are currently seeking volunteers to help support the event on the day. If you could reach out to your community and ask if they are available, it would be greatly appreciated. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions, the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All registered teams will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so at least 7 days prior to the first scheduled league ranking session. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline for engineering notebooks will be 24 hours before the start of the final league event.
