General Info
This is the ACAMIS V5 National Tournament. It is only open to international schools that have qualified through ACAMIS regional events.
Cost:
The cost of 250USD/1750RMB will cover a team of 6 students and two adults. Additional participants will be charged an additional 80RMB.
ACAMIS Tournament Notes - In all ACAMIS Tournaments, the following rules apply:

No coaches in the pit area.

Robots remain on site overnight. Once robot inspection is completed, the robots must remain on campus.

Schools may only choose an alliance partner from another school.
Travel:
BCIS will not manage any transportation needs directly. Attending schools are responsible for getting to Beijing and transportation once in the city. Transportation can be arranged through our partner, Beijing Huhang School Bus Operation Management Co., Ltd. Their information is below.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
They will be refunded if their slot can be filled with a waitlist team.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
