This is an in-person VEXU event hosted in the DELMARVA region!

All judging will be done in-person with in-person notebooks required. 

We will be offering the Excellence Award, Tournament Champion, Skills Champion, Design Award, and the Judges Award!

Due to how late this event is, in the case of poor weather, refunds will be processed but the tournaments cannot be rescheduled.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be provided to all teams.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will be provided up to 5 days before the event.

The tournament will be held in the Wicomico Room in the Guerrieri Student Union.

You can park anywhere except for spots with signs. Parking is free. If you park in this parking lot, when you enter the Guerrieri Student Union the tournament will be in the first room on your right on the first floor.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
