Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of severe weather, we will contact you via email. We will then reschedule the tournament for a later date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will have two options. Teams will be offered an opportunity to participate in another tournament (if openings are available) hosted by the same Event Partner, or the teams may participate in a make-up tournament.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Teams who pull out of a tournament WILL NOT be issued a refund.
