Skills will run first thing in the morning, followed by qualification matches, lunch and then finals.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If we have a weather emergency our event will take place on Sunday or the following Saturday.  If we are unable to reschedule, teams will be reinbursed their registration, minus the $5 REC fee and Credit Card charges if applicable. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Registration fees will be returned minus the $5 REC fee and credit card fee if applicable.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Teams will not recieve a refund, unless another team can take their place on in the tournament.

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
