General Info

Welcome to Lakeside Robotics Program event entitled Mardi Gras Madness at Lake Chicot.

This is our last event for the 2023-2024 season. Our events will be held at Lakeside School District STEM building located behind the Lakeside High School.

All events will feature skill challenges in the morning and qualifcation matches in the afternoon. Our goal is to be done by 4:30 pm each event day.

Volunteer

Volunteers are welcomed, but we will utilize the Lakeside School District personnel and authorized students as volunteers for this event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of emergency or weather related concerns that event will be rescheduled. Weather will be evaluted 24-48 hours prior to the event to make determinations about rescheduling.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  The event will be rescheduled. There are no refunds for event rescheduling.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds are not offered for withdrawal or cancellation. 

 

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
