The competitions will be streamed and the public is welcome to watch the competition event at the School Sports Hall on Tuesday, January 9, from 9 am to 5 pm.
The competition schedule and link to the stream will be published on this page about a week before the competitions.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Cancellation of the event due to bad weather or other exceptional situation is not likely,
but in the event of a cancellation, we will inform all teams by email.
Refund and Payment Policies
Accommodation and meal expenses will be invoiced after the event based on the information provided during registration.
Changing the information is possible until the end of the registration period.
If the cancellation takes place after this, the participation, meal, or accommodation fees will not be refunded.

Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
- Electronic Engineering Notebook Submissions: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the Event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted electronically for evaluation, the submission deadline is 4th of January.
