7:45 am - Pit Opens

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event is indoors.  Weather should not be an issue. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment deadline is January 2, 2024

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  Full refund, minus the $5 RobotEvent fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  NO REFUND

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.  Notebooks must be submitted by January 2, 2024.

In order to be considered for the Innovate award, please include a completed copy of the Innovate Award Submission Form, found on page 42 in the Guide to Judging, https://roboticseducation.org/documents/2023/06/guide-to-judging.pdf/ .  Place a copy of the completed form in the design notebook as described on the form.
