General Info
We are excited to welcome you to our brand new Taft Middle School in Winfield, Indiana. Our facilities are amazing and we hope you will enjoy competiting here!
This is an Official Indiana VEX IQ State Qualifying Event. Awards will be added the beginning of November.
Early Bird Registration will be used this year. The first three events selected will count toward Early Bird and cannot be changed once used.
Any team not paid by December 13th will be transferred to the waitlist and that space will be offered to a team on the wait list.
All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.
Concessions announcement will be posted here by mid October. We will be doing a group pizza order with more details to come as the event gets closer.
Please make sure all participant and coaches have filled out the online participants release form. The REC now requires all Event Partners to check to make sure all teams have submitted the required online form.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We will attempt to reschedule any canceled event and credit you toward that or future events held at Taft Middle School.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will not be given.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
