10:00 am - First Qualification Match Starts

11:30 am - 12:15 - Skills Competition (Longer if needed)

11:30 - 12:15 - Lunch Break (longer if necessary)

12:15 - -Qual matches Continue

2:00 pm - Start of Finals Matches

2:30 pm - Awards Ceremony

We always need volunteers for Check in and others.

The event will be cancelled if a Winter Storm Warning or major advisory is given. The decision will be made by 7:00 PM the night prior

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be given if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will not be issued.
