General Info
Welcome to the Alvin ISD Bubble Gum Bash Blended Tournament!
The event will take place in the cafeteria immideately inside the Kingley Road entrance to the school. Pits will be located in the gym directly behind the cafeteria. Signage will be present to indicate locations.
Concessions will be available for sale at the event, and there are many options in the area for lunch.

All volunteers must register as a volunteer with Alvin ISD and complete a free background check. Volunteers can register by CLICKING HERE.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all confirmed volunteers.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving). If neccessary, we will make every effort to reschedule the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: A refund will be issued if cancellation is confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
