This will be El Paso's Annual  YISD Invitational Superintendent Cup Full Volume VEX IQ Robotics tournament please read rules and be ready to have some fun.

7:00 am—Doors Open/Volunteers Meeting

7:00-8:00 am—Team Check-in and inspections

8:15-8:45 am—Opening Ceremony then team meeting

9:00-9:23 am—Practice matches begin

9:30-12:53 pm—Qualifying matches begin

Working LUNCH Concessions will be Available

1:10-1:30pm—Final Matches

1:40-3:00pm— Awards Presented

We will follow Ysleta ISD sporting event instructions for incelment weather.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be assest or credit for a future event

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds are not permitted.

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date. Engineering Notebooks will be due January 20.
