General Info

Calling all  Middle School teams who are still trying qualify for State! teams who have not yet qualified for State are welcome to register.

  • When teams arrive at beck International Academy, they will enter through the front door, far left near the cafeteria entrance. Signs will be posted for team/family entrance and volunteer entrance. Please adhere to the appropriate entrance signage to ensure a seamless entry process as we are getting setup the morning of the event. SEE TRAVEL INFO FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT PARKING.
  • Only registered team members and one coach will be allowed in the pit area in the cafeteria.  Tables will be set up and labeled with team numbers.  All other people associated with the teams including parents, siblings, and other spectators must remain in the stands or hallway.
  • We are looking into the possibility of offering light lunch and snack options in a concessions stand throughout the event. Details will be provided at least 2 weeks before the event if we are able to offer this. There are ample restaurant options within 5 minutes of the school for anyone wishing to go that route instead. 
  • This will be a NO JUDGING event. Only the top two finalists will advance to STATE. However, you have an opportunity to improve your team's SKILLS score which may advanced you into the championship!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY OR BAD WEATHER, REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED MINUS THE ADMINSTRATION OF TAKEN BY ROBOEVENTS.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED MINUS THE ADMINSTRATION FEE SUBMITTED TO ROBOEVENTS.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

IF THE WITHDRAWL OCCURRED 30 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE THE EVENT, A REFUND OF 100% WILL BE ISSUED MINUS THE ADMINSTRATIVE FEE SUBMITTED TO ROBOEVENTS. LESS THAN 30 DAYS, 50% WILL BE REFUNDED.

IF NO SHOW, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
