General Info

Welcome to the Mishawaka VIQRC Rapid Relay ES Tournament.

Each team will tentatively get 8 teamwork matches. Skills will also be offered (3 driving and 3 programming).

Judging: Digital Engineering Notebooks need to be submitted on Robot Events no later than December 20, 2024 to be considered for awards. Interviews will be in person the day of the event.

Please make payment as soon as possible after registration.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
