We will let teams know if the event needs to be cancelled for some reason, of course!
Refund and Payment Policies
If the event is cancelled, we will give refunds to the fullest extent we can.
No refunds will be given for teams that register and then can't make it or don't make it.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. Digital links are allowed as well.
