General Info
The Uganda National STEM and Robotics Competition for VIQRC will take place on November 29th, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the National ICT Innovation Hub in Nakawa. Register your School/team by November 2nd 2024 to participate.

In case of heavy rains, we want to assure you that the event is indoors and won't be affected.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: The parents/schools/parents will be informed by phone call and email on time.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Another team on the waiting list will be given a spot. The meal fee is non-refundable
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted physically for evaluation
