Lets ROCK our Girl Power!
Join us for a Girls ONLY Heart Breakers VIQRC Tournament.
We are excited to have your team(s) compete at our event. Your team(s) will need to have a digital notebook. Your team(s) will need to submit the digital notebook through the My Account area on https://www.robotevents.com/ no later than the end of school day 3 pm on Monday, February 17th.
We will not be accepting physical notebooks.
There will be concessions for sale, cash only. We look forward to seeing you at our event!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event the tournament must be canceled due to weather, a full refund minus $5/team (non-refundable site fee) will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
These will be handled on a case by case basis. Please be aware this may include no refunds. No shows will not receive a refund.
*Payment due date is January 17th. All unpaid teams after this date will be moved to the waitlist.
Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions Only/ In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline on Monday, February 17th by 3 pm.
