This tournament will have ES and MS on same day, but ES is in the morning starting at 8:45 and MS will begin at 1:00
There will be limited parking at this venue so we will ask you to not arrive hours early for MS. Thanks in Advance.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All Attempts will be made to reschedule events for weather/emergencies.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
It will be rescheduled. If the team cannot attend the reschedule date, they will be refunded minus the REC fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If it is two weeks before that will be refunded minus the fees. After that, the fees will not be refunded.
