General Info
Hello! We are so excited to have you join us for an amazing VEX IQ Robotics tournament in beautiful Ely, NV! This tournament will be held in the gym at David E Norman Elementary School. We will be judging all of your notebooks ahead of the tournament, to ensure that we have time to interview every team at the tournament.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the roads are unsafe to drive, and the Event Partner decides to cancel, all registration fees will be returned. But, please note, this would be a very rare chance. Snow is common in Ely, especially in November. And, the tournament will most likely go on.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All registration fees will be returned to the teams.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
