General Info

Welcome to the Sacred Heart VEX IQ League!  This is designed to give teams many opportunities to compete and improve throughout the season. We will have a total of 3 qualification nights with finals the last night of qualifications.  Skills will be offered at all sessions.

  • We will have pit areas available, these will need to be cleaned up after each session.
  • We can always use volunteers to help with running the league night sessions. Jobs needed include: Check-in/Inspection, Referee, Score Keeper, TM Operator, and Announcer. If you or another coach or a parent is willing, please let us know!
  • There will be concessions available each session.  You are welcome to bring food as well.

5:30-6:45p:Teamwork Qualification Matches
7p: Skills fields close

Agenda for final qualification and final night (Feb 3):

5 p.m.: Doors open, check-in, inspections, skills fields open
5:20-6:30p:  Qualification matches (skills closes at 6:30)
6:40-7p:Finals matches
7p: Awards (finish by 7:15)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will notify you by posting any cancellations on the event page under the Bad Weather Policy tab. Please make sure we have the teams coaches cell number in the registration as we will attempt to send a text message as well.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be provided.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: We are unable to process refunds.

Travel Info

Sacred Heart School is located on Highway 56 on the west end of Adams, MN.  The entrance is on the east side, by the church.

The competition takes place in the gym, on the north side of the building after entering.

Judging Format
