SEHS VIQRC Tournament

This is the final IQ competition before the regional in SA this year and will no doubt be very competitive and of course heaps of fun!

With 24 teams we will be operating three fields so there will be plenty of matches for teams as well as a skills field open all day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Teams will be notified if weather will impact the event, however being indoors and with ample undercover areas the event should proceed in most circumstances.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be fully refunded.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Teams must notify of cancellation 48 hours prior to the event for full refund.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:

Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.

The deadline for digital notebooks to be uploaded to robot events will be 10am on Monday 20th October.
