MTBHS is in need of a few volunteers - mainly the head referee and possibly a second referee.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency, the event will be postponed. Refunds will be issued if schools are unable to attend the future date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be issued if there is another team in the waitlist willing to take the spot.
