Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event follows Baltimore City Public Schools' guidance on weather-related event cancellations.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Schools will get full refund, as appropriate.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Schools will get full refund, provided withdrawl is before the date of the first event.
Judging Format
Judging will be available at each event, but qualifying awards are only given at the final event.
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
