Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the roads are unsafe to drive, and the Event Partner decides to cancel, all registration fees will be returned. But, please note, this would be a very rare chance. Snow is common in Elko, especially in November. And, the tournament will most likely go on.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: All registration fees will be returned to the teams.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
