General Info

Parkview Elementary (3-6) is excited to host the Parkview Love Never Ends Mix and Match Challenge for elementary teams and organizations. Parkview is located in the city of Bedford, IN, and is easily accessible via 16th Street off Highway 37. The tournament will be held in the gym of the Parkview 3-6 building. We will be offering concessions for breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. Single-topping pizza order forms will be available for groups the morning of the event and must be turned in to the concession stand by 9:00 a.m. Pricing has not yet been determined.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, the event partner will use discretion to determine if the event should be cancelled. If the event is canceled, a full refund will be granted. If a team/organization chooses not to attend the event due to weather, but the event was not canceled, no refund shall be given.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: a full refund will be granted.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: a refund will not be granted.

 

Payment Deadline is Janauary 21, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
