General Info
This will be a local invitational event for Southern Indiana Teams. This will also be the 2nd Annual Musketeer Robotics VEXIQRC Invitational.
Since there haven't been many local events in our area, we host a special event just for our local teams!
The event partner will send email invitations to the teams that are invited to compete.
Invited teams need to add their teams to the waitlist instead of registering.
This event will take place in our middle school gym. Pits will be set up in our new cafeteria which is right next to the middle school gym.
This event will include judged awards.
Concessions will be available for this event.

7:30- 8:00 AM - Doors open/Team Registration/ Drop off engineering notebooks at check in.
8:00-8:45- Inspection (Qualification match schedules distributed)
8:45 – 9:00 AM – Drivers Meeting, Announcements, and National Anthem
9:00 – 12:00- Qualification Matches Begin
(Skills open from 9:00-11:30. Skills will close for a lunch break from 11:30-12:00)
12:00 PM – 12:30 PM – Lunch Break (Please visit our concessions.)
Skills open during lunch and until qualification rounds are over.
12:30 – 3:30 PM – Qualification Rounds
3:45 – Judged Awards (except Excellence) and Skills Winners Announced
Finals Matches begin
Announce Teamwork Championship Winners and Excellence Winners when finals matches conclude

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
With this event being in February and living in Indiana, we all know anything can happen.
I will send out more information about potential make up dates prior to the date of the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event that this tournament cannot take place due to inclement weather or COVID-19, registration fees will be returned minus $5.00 for administrative fees and postage.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
This event is nonrefundable.
Payment Deadline is January 24, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
