General Info

This scrimmage will be held on 11/13/2025, with an option for a second scrimmage on 1/15/2026.  The purpose of these scrimmages is to allow teams to practice the process and etiquette, see how robot changes are working, and learn responsibilities outside of the pressures of an all day event.

We will not offer Robot skills at the scrimmage.

Event payments are expected when you register and must be completed 1 weeks prior to event date.  Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the waitlist to register.  Please contact us if there are considerations to be made.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 

In case of bad weather forecasts, please contact Brenda Mundroff at (260) 438-2047.

If St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School cancels school because of weather, this event will be canceled.

We will reschedule events to a date within two weeks of prior date when possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: If school is out of session for an extended period of time, and we have to cancel the scrimmage completely, refunds will be approved.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds are not guaranteed. All requests for refunds must be made 3 weeks prior to the date of the first event. Refunds, if approved, will be processed following the event.

Payment Deadline is October 16, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
