General Info
Welcome to Greenville ISD's Jingle Bots Elementary Only Tournament! Please read each of the following. Each of these will be adhered to with no exceptions.

All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct

Although we don’t expect there to be any violations during the tournament, the EP reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) and ask perpetrators to leave the premises. .

All participants are expected to have the participant release form . (Spanish) on file prior to competing. Please verify that all your students have this form completed and it has been uploaded to your team’s account
Digital engineering notebooks will be accepted through Robot Events and are due on Friday, December 5th.
Concessions will be available at the event.
Teams are welcome to bring their own practice fields. If you bring your field, note that it becomes a public field when your team is not using it.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather we will make the cancelation decision 'Day of' and will reach out as soon as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
Teams must have a status of "Paid" or "PO Processing" by 12/01/2025. Teams that have not submitted payment by then will be moved to the Waitlist.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event is canceled registration will be returned (minus $5.00 for RECF).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: For a refund, the Event Partner must be notified at least 10 days prior to the event so that teams may be moved from the wait list, or other teams invited to attend. The refund will be less than the registration by $5.00 for the RECF.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Digital engineering notebooks will be accepted through Robot Events and are due on Friday, December 5th.
