Tentative Agenda for the Elevate Tech VEX IQ Tournament #3
9:00am - Doors Open (no entrance prior to 9:00 am)
9:05am - 10:00am - Inspection and team check-in. Teams arriving after this or not having passed inspection will not be allowed to play.
9:30am - 3:00pm - Skills field open
10:15am - Opening Ceremony / Drivers Meeting (Skills paused during Opening Ceremonies/Drivers Meeting)
10:45am - 3:30pm Qualification rounds
12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch (Food must be consumed outside the gym area and in designated areas)
3:45pm - 4:15pm - Finals
4:15pm - 4:30pm - Awards

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
The digitial engineering notebook submission is due on 2/11/2026 (Wednesday) at 11:59PM.
