If the weather does not allow for safe travel, refunds will be issued in the case that the tournament cannot be delayed and gets cancelled.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be given unless other circumstances apply.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
This is case by case, but in general:
If your registration prevented someone else from registering, you may not receive a refund.
If a team is able to take your place, you will probably get a refund.
If it is an emergency or weather prevents you from coming, you will probably get a refund.
There is a $5 robotevents fee that will not be included in any refund.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
