General Info
This is the second Marksmen event for elementary and middle school teams for the VEX IQ Robotics Competition season. All skill levels are welcome. Whether you are a veteran team or newbies, we welcome you to our school and southern Indiana. Enjoy the atmosphere and the southern hospitality!

(9-9:45) 10:-10:45 AM- Inspection (Qualification match schedules distributed) Judging available after inspection.
(9::45 –10:00 AM )– 10:45-11:00 AM Drivers Meeting, Announcements, and National Anthem
(10:00) 11:00 Skills open
(10:00 – 12:00)- 11:00-1:00 Qualification Matches Begin
(Skills open from 9:00-11:30. Skills will close for a lunch break from 11:30-12:00)
(12:00 PM – 12:30 PM )–1:00-1:30 Lunch Break (Pizza team preorders available. Door Dash)
Skills open during lunch and until qualification rounds are over.
(12:30 – 2:30 PM) 1:30-3:30– Qualification Rounds. Judging interviews end at (2:00) 3:00
(2:30-3:00) 3:30-4:00 Finals and awards
Volunteer
No volunteers are needed, but if you would like to help to learn about the tournament event you are more than welcome.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If we cancel the event due to bad weather, we will give you a refund or credit for a future tournament. If we have the tournament and you are unable to make it for some reason the fee is non refundable.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds or future credits will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
Payment Deadline is January 31, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted manually for the event, however best practices would be to submit them digitally. Either format will be accepted.
