General Info

This is a qualifying invitation available for new teams only. By registering, you are automatically signed up for all four session dates. (Dec. 6th, Jan. 10, Jan. 24, Feb. 7)The final event on February 7th will serve as the championship match, during which judges’ interviews will also take place. 

Because this is an Invitational League, registration works differently. Please add your teams to the Waitlist tab below, and the League Administrators will move your teams into the event.

Remote Judging: Teams will need to submit their Digital Engineering Notebooks through their account on Robotevents by 11:59pm  on Friday, January 30, 2026

All teams are guaranteed 2 team qualifying matches and 3 autonomous and 3 driver skills matches per session. The sessions will run from 9 am till 12 noon.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event will not run as planned you will receive an email.

If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your district to the event, refunds or rainchecks will be made.

Refund and Payment Policies

The payment deadline is November 28th. Anyone not paid by this date risks being placed on the waitlist. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be made in this case.(barring extenuating circumstances with documentation

All refunds for payments through robotevents.com may require 6-8 weeks to process.  RECF will take $5 from each payment, and that will be deducted from the refund.

 

 

Judging Format

 

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:

  • Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event on February 7th starting at 9:30 am.  
  • Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Teams will need to submit their Digital Engineering Notebooks through their account on Robotevents by 11:59pm on Friday, January 30, 2026
