General Info

We are excited about the opportunity to host the 5th Annual Cass County Invitational League. We will run 2 teamwork fields and have 2 skills fields available at each session.

This League is for teams located in Cass County Indiana. Included schools are Caston, Pioneer, Logansport, and Lewis Cass.  For teams that are eligible to participate, please join the waitlist, and I will add you to the event's team list. 

We will be awarding: Teamwork Champions, Skills Champion and a Sportsmanship Award.
The Sportsmanship Award will be voted on by participating team members and coaches. 

All sessions this year will be hosted at Caston. 

This year's sessions will be held on the following dates:

The first 3 sessions will be located in the Cafeteria. Pits will be in the cafeteria as well.  There are no bleachers in the cafeteria, but there will be chairs available. Skills and teamwork matches will be located in the cafeteria. The first 3 sessions will start at 5:00pm.

The last session (Finals)  will be located in the High School gym. Pits will be located in the gym as well. The last session will start at 6:00pm.

Friday, February 20, 2026 

We will have a concession stand available at all League sessions. 

More details regarding arrival times, which door to enter, etc, will be emailed out to coaches closer to league dates. 

All payments must be received by Thursday, October 23, 2025. If your payment is not received by this date, your team will be moved to the waitlist. Reach out to me if you are having financial difficulties. 

Please make sure all Participation and Consent Forms are submitted.

All payments must be received in advance. Payments will not be accepted at the door.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Although we do not plan on having inclement weather we know we live in Indiana and the weather changes whenever it wants to! Please know that we will do everything in our power to host the competition on the scheduled date. In the event of bad weather for traveling we will reschedule the league session for the next available date. Coaches will have this information communicated to them via email. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Deadline is October 23, 2025. 

UNPAID TEAMS WILL BE MOVED TO THE WAITLIST ON THIS DATE AND TEAMS ON THE WAITLIST WILL BE MOVED INTO THE COMPETITION. IF THIS IS AN ISSUE FOR YOUR TEAM CONTACT US BEFORE THIS DATE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS.

Registration fees will not be refunded if teams do not cancel by 11/01/2025.

All teams need to be present and checked in prior to the start of the competition (no later than 9:00am). Refunds will not be issued to teams who arrive after competition rounds have begun.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

In the event that this tournament cannot take place and is forced to be canceled teams will receive a full refund minus $5 REC fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

If prior to 11/01/2025 full refund will be givien minus $5 fee. If after 11/01/2025 no refunds will be given.
