General Info
Welcome to this year's elementary VEX IQ Robotics Competition! We are located at 13726 N. St. Rd. 245, Lamar, IN 47550 (close to Holiday World). This tournament is for students experiencing their first or second year of VEX Robotics. Most of the teams at our event will not compete at other events, unless they happen to win and participate in the state championship. Our tournament offers the following:
- In person judging
- Robot skills
- Engineering notebook judging
- Team interviews

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the tournament is cancelled due to bad weather, we will refund the registration fee minus the $5.00 for VEX charges. You will be notified the night before if we have to cancel.
If the tournament is held and you cannot come for some reason, refunds will not be issued.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds wil be issued back to each school as soon as possible.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be issued if a team chooses not to participate.
Payment Deadline is December 20th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
