Late Arrivals
Teams must be checked in 45 minutes prior to the start of the qualification matches so that the match schedule may be printed. Teams must contact the event partner if they are running late or they will be removed from the team list for the event.

12:00-12:30 PM- Lunch (This may become a working lunch)
12:30-2:00 PM - Qualifying matches continue
2:30 PM - Finals matches begin
3:00 PM - Awards/Closing remarks
3:15 PM - Event clean-up and load-out
Skills matches will be available from 9:30 AM-2:00 PM (Closed during lunch). 3 attempts maximum per team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The tournament is indoors. Only under severe weather circumstances would the event be cancelled. An email would be sent the day before if there is a chance of cancellation. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com, where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency. Make sure your team contact information is up to date in your robotevents.com account, as this is the information that will be used to contact your team.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Teams will be fully refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Due to the fixed costs, refunds will not be provided within two weeks of the event and are made at the discretion of the event partner.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Engineering Notebook Links must be uploaded by Friday, January 23 at 3:00 PM.
*Check link permissions so that it is a public view link prior to uploading. Links to notebooks are only shared with Judge Team members during the tournament.
