General Info
GA TSA Fall Leadership VEXIQ Robotics Tournament Information:
As in year’s past, Georgia TSA will have a VEXIQ robotics qualification tournament at Fall Leadership on Friday. Registration for this event will be a little different this year, so please make sure you read the details below.
1. Make sure you have registered your team number through robotevents.com for the 25-26 season. We will be using RobotEvents this year for primary registration and you will not be able to register for the tournament until your team is registered. Directions for how to register a team for the season can be found on TSA Fall Leadership page. Please note RECF now requires all primary and secondary contacts to complete a background check. If you had one in the RECF system that is more than two years old, or if you never did one with RECF, you'll be prompted to go through that process before you can renew/register your team for the 25-26 VEX season. Make sure you provide yourself enough time to have this cleared in order to make the FLC registration deadline (step 3 on the directions will tell you how to do this).
2. If you plan to compete, you can register Three TEAM per chapter for the GATSA Fall Leadership VEXIQ Robotics Tournament by adding yourself to the waitlist in RobotEvents . Once registration has closed for Georgia TSA, we will verify that schools are registered for the TSA Fall Leadership Conference and then add the teams to the event.
3. Judging – To help with judging, we will be doing an early design notebook submission with interviews onsite. You will upload the notebook to robotevents.com following the directions at this link.
4. In addition to registering in Robot events you are required to include the team in the EMS Registration process for Fall Leadership. You are reminded that both Robot Events wait list and EMS registration for your team must be done for the same team. NO SUBSTITUTIONS!
