Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full Refund, less 10% administration fees.
If cancelled by Jan 9th, 2026, refund less 10% administration fees. No refund after that date.
If not paid within two weeks of registering your team will be moved to the waiting list until payment is made and you will be added to the tournament if there is room.
