General Info
We will be running on 3 fields within room 7 (Robotics Room). Each team will be assigned a 25 minute window during the day. Please come only to your window.
During your window you will be allowed full access to 1 field. You may use this field for practice or for official skills runs. You may do up to 3 official driver runs + 3 official autonmous runs by notifying our volunteers before the official run.

In the event of hazardous weather we will attempt to reschedule the event, however, due to school availablity we can't gaurantee rescheduling will be possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be provided except in the event of cancellation/rescheduling due to hazardous weather conditions.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds after the payment deadline.
