General Info
Welcome to the Forsyth Conference - Piney Grove- League. This tournament is being held at Piney Grove Middle School and Liberty Middle School in Cumming, Georgia for the teams from Piney Grove Middle, and Liberty Middle. We are requesting that any team that would like to be considered for Judged Awards such as Excellence, Design, or Innovate submit their Engineering Notebook by uploading to Robotevents by Wednesday, January 7.
Leagues nights will be:
- Wednesday, November 19 - Skills and 2 Teamwork matches (Piney Grove)
- Monday, December 15 - Skills and 2 Teamwork matches (Liberty)
- Wednesday, January 14 - Judging, Skills, 2 Teamwork matches, and Teamwork Finals (Piney Grove)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather or other emergencies that cause travel or safety issues for most teams, the event may be postponed or cancelled, as necessary. All teams will be notified and kept up to date with changes as soon as they are made.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If an event must be canceled, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event in order to provide the opportunity for the students to compete. If the event cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be given less the $5 that the REC must keep in order to cover their processing fees. For example, a refund of $35 would be given for an event that costs $40. If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out to the event partner.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be given unless there is a team on the waitlist that can attend in the withdrawing teams place. In the event there is a team from the waitlist that can replace the withdrawing team, a refund will be given less the $5 that the REC must keep to cover their processing fees. - Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
- Please submit engineering notebooks to Robotevents by January 7, 2026.
