General Info
Moses Brown Robotics is excited to welcome you to our inaugural qualifier! We are eager to have you join us for a great day of learning, comraderie, creativity, and fun!
Things to know.
- Moses Brown, a Friends School, exists to inspire the inner promise of each student and instill the utmost care for learning, people, and place.
- Lunch and snacks will be available for purchase (details to be sent out in advance of the event).
- Please remember your Engineering Notebooks!
- Registration will begin at 8:30AM. (Doors open at 8:15AM) Teams running late should contact the event partner, Dave Wasser
- Please make sure all of your teams/participants have completed the Participation Legal Release form for all participants prior to arrival. This can be done on RobotEvents.com
The event will be held in the Ross House building. Maps will be sent to registered teams. Teams may pre-order lrg cheese pizzas for $15 each, or pepperoni for $16 each. Pre-orders must be received by Jan. 22nd, 2026. A link to a form for ordering will be sent out to coaches of registered teams.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of hazardous weather conditions, the event will be cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds of event fees will be issued minus the RECF's administration fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team withdraws at least 10 days out from the event, a refund will be issued minus any RECF fees. No refunds can be made for cancellations within 10 days of the event. Please notify Dave Wasser if you need to cancel.
