Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund will be issued, less the $5 RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be granted.

Travel Info

Upon arrival to SOAR STEM Studio, turn left onto S. Panther Creek Drive from Woodlands Parkway. Turn left at the second turn, and then enter at the sign, The Woodlands Bible Church. Follow the yellow signs for robotics tournament.

Judging Format

As a Skills-only event, No Judging, will be offered.
